About Mindful Hoops

Mindful Hoops is a basketball training program that offers private sessions to athletes from 1st grade to pro. We are dedicated to helping athletes achieve their dreams and goals in a fun environment. Our passion is to bring out the best in every competitor. We are always continuing to look for new ways to share our passion for basketball with youth. Every one kid we reach is one kid we can TEACH!
