About Mindful Insight Counseling, PLLC

Mindful Insight Counseling is a family owned and operated organization. We have been embraced, encouraged, and inspired by our close-knit Brownsville community for the past six years. Now, we are set to expand and elevate, not only the skills of our staff, but the potential of our clients in every facet of their lives. We are committed to counseling clients through diverse issues because we believe growth is the key to finding purpose and finding happiness. With your help, we continue to learn from each other, accept constructive feedback, and become the best versions of ourselves for the future. Our counseling team sets us apart. We aim to help our clients feel happy and heard. Each team member is hand-picked for their mindfulness and commitment to their field. Through their dedication to the company name, to providing insight to the people it serves, our clients feel safe as they work to reach their mental health goals.
