Our team away days, workshops and 1:1 mindfulness coaching for leaders all use evidence based mindfulness training and practical tools to help people cultivate presence of mind and thrive under pressure. We are a Community Interest Company. By partnering with MPP you are making mental and physical wellbeing more accessible to at-risk youth and people from marginalised communities through our award-winning Boxing & Mindfulness (BAM!) programmes.
