About MindLynk Ltd

After 15 years in education — including roles as a Senior Leader and Head of School in some of the UK’s most diverse and high-pressure environments — I founded Mindlynk Ltd to solve a problem I knew all too well: finding reliable, high-quality staff when schools need them most. At Mindlynk, we do things differently — because we’ve been there. We understand the 7:00 a.m. cover crisis, the pressure to maintain classroom standards, and the importance of placing staff who can walk in and take the lead from day one. That’s why every teacher and support professional we place is: ✅ Trained in behaviour management ✅ Briefed on the British curriculum ✅ Ready to deliver meaningful learning — even on short notice From day-to-day supply to long-term placements and permanent recruitment, we specialise in connecting schools with professionals who don’t just fill a gap — they make a difference. Drawing from my direct experience in leading recruitment as a Senior Leader, we provide a rigorous, strategic approach to hiring permanent staff who align with a school’s ethos and long-term vision. But we’re more than a staffing agency. Mindlynk also offers school consultancy services to support and strengthen core areas of provision. This includes: 🔍 Curriculum audits to improve the Quality of Education 🎯 Behaviour and pastoral CPD to promote a positive school culture 👥 Targeted leadership development CPD for middle and senior leaders 📈 Intervention classes led by expert senior leaders, designed to help schools boost student outcomes in key areas Whether you're a school leader looking for trusted support, or an educator ready for your next challenge, Mindlynk Ltd is here to connect great schools with great people — and to drive improvement where it matters most. Let’s take the stress out of staffing and school development — and put quality back at the heart of education. #Mindlynk #EducationRecruitment #PermanentStaffing #SchoolImprovement #CurriculumAudit #CPDTraining
