Jennica has a solid background as a Senior Workplace Strategist and she is one of Sweden’s most experienced project- and change leader in implementing new workplace strategies and specifically Activity Based Working (ABW). In her assignments, Jennica acts as a strategic advisor and expert in the field, supporting CEOs, Management Teams, Steering- & Project groups on their change journeys. She also develops and implements change programs and holds trainings and workshops. Jennica is also a very appreciated inspirational speaker and moderator at industry conferences or company-specific events. Jennica has worked with Folksam, kry/livi, NetOnNet, ICA, Swedbank, Länsförsäkringar Uppsala, The Federation of Swedish Farmers (LRF), Akademiska Hus, Swedish Orphan Biovitrum, KPA Pension, Trygg-Hansa and many more forward-thinking clients. Jennica has also been partner in Veldhoen + Company, which are behind a number of notable international ABW implementations such as Microsoft in Amsterdam and LEGO in London and Singapore.
