Minds Over Matters provides mental health training that helps people feel more confident having difficult conversations at work. Many employees want to support colleagues who may be struggling but worry about saying the wrong thing. Our training focuses on building the confidence and practical skills needed to start those conversations safely and appropriately. Our work draws on delivery across more than 80 cohorts and 750 learners across sectors including healthcare, local government, energy, telecommunications, insurance and the third sector.
