About Mindset 1st Security

We are experts in risk mitigation and threat response. Mindset 1st helps identify and reduce exposure to physical risk that endangers your people, customers and business. Starting with site assessments of your facilities and operations, we develop risk mitigation and threat response plans to reduce your risk exposure as much as possible. We teach and train you and your employees how to respond effectively under active threat conditions. We also offer programs addressing the unique risks faced by frequent or international travelers, as well as in-home risk reduction and threat mitigation for you and your family in your daily lives. We take the risk assessment and threat response methodologies we've developed, practiced and taught during our careers in the U.S. Army Green Berets, law enforcement SWAT, and as business leaders, and utilize them to help you prepare for and manage the full Risk Mitigation Lifecycle.
