About Mindset For Success Group

Katrina Morris is the Founder & CEO of Mindset For Success Group, a collaborative business ecosystem created to support entrepreneurs and small business owners who want clarity, confidence, and sustainable growth. Many entrepreneurs struggle not because they lack ambition, but because they face isolation, unclear direction, limited access to the right networks, internal or external conflict, and inconsistent income streams. Mindset For Success Group was established to address these challenges through collaboration, structure, and people-centred support. As a Qualified Civil & Commercial Mediator and Qualified Mentor, Katrina brings together strategic business insight, lived entrepreneurial experience, and a deep understanding of human dynamics. Through M4SG, she supports entrepreneurs to overcome barriers, resolve challenges early, and turn passion into purposeful, profitable action. Mindset For Success Group is a membership-based community where entrepreneurs build brands together. We provide an environment that encourages shared learning, trusted relationships, and collective growth — moving away from competition and towards collaboration. Our work is guided by the 4 Ms of Success: Mediation – supporting clarity, communication, and strong professional relationships Mentoring – guidance, accountability, and personal development Money – smarter business thinking and income diversification Mindset – confidence, resilience, and leadership growth Through our ecosystem, members gain access to mentoring, mediation support, leadership development, business collaboration, visibility opportunities, and a trusted network aligned with ethical, sustainable growth.
