For fleets: the driver app guides on-scene capture — photos, details, other party data, and signatures. The fleet portal gives claims teams early claim visibility, step-by-step progress monitoring, and controlled submission. Drivers collect the facts once; the company keeps decision control. For drivers: guided EU Accident Statement flow, policy wallet with renewal reminders, two-driver collaboration via QR/link in multiple languages, and an insurer-ready claim pack (PDF + photos). Live on iOS, Android, and web (portal.minsas.app). Insurer-neutral. Works with any insurer across all 47 EU and Green Card countries.
