About Missouri Laborers-Employers Cooperation & Education Trust

The main goal of the Laborers' Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET) is to assist our signatory contractors in obtaining more project opportunities and contracts, while creating jobs for our members. Through our Tri-Funds, which includes LECET, Laborers-AGC Training, and the Laborers' Health & Safety Fund of North America, we can assist you in providing your workforce with the training and knowledge to be the safest, best trained and most productive workforce available in the construction industry. Our contractors and membership throughout Eastern Missouri have proven themselves to be the most qualified and productive team available in the industry to assist you in completing your projects on schedule, on budget, and of the utmost quality possible
