About Mitochondria (en virksomhet under Livslyst & Motivasjon AS)

MITOCHONDRIA AS was founded in 2008. Rebekka Nøkling is the owner of Livslyst & Motivasjon AS, which owns mPOWER Academy and the LME Course Portal, educating individuals and businesses in stress management, mental training, and leadership development. Rebekka has a broad and diverse professional background in medical genetics research, molecular biology, biochemistry, nutrition, endocrinology (the study of hormones), psychology, stress management, brain training/cognitive health, project management, and journalism. In recent years, Rebekka has placed "Sustainable Women's Health" on the agenda, which she believes is crucial for fostering an inclusive workplace. This is also vital to prevent the loss of talented women in leadership positions in the workforce, particularly for female employees over the age of 35, who unfortunately often experience long-term sick leave due to burnout or other stress-related symptoms caused by hormonal imbalances. Rebekka works daily as a coach in her private practice and as a medical research communicator across various social channels focusing on hormone health, cognitive health, stress management, burnout, nutrition, and how Eastern wisdom has influenced Western medical (genetic) research in the international top research environment. She is the principal and subject head for the certified training programs and course offerings at Empowerment Academy. She also teaches healthcare professionals and medical students.
