About Mittelschule Zirndorf

-- Welcome to Mittelschule Zirndorf! -- Our school provides a modern learning environment with individual support, practical career orientation, and a strong sense of community. As a full-day and half-day school, we offer flexible learning and care programs for students in grades 5 to 10. -- Projects & School Activities -- Our school life is diverse and engaging! The Student Council (SMV) organizes events, fosters teamwork, and represents student interests. In 2024/2025, Flavius Hager is active as a representative on LinkedIn. Our student-run company "4Paper" promotes sustainable school materials, while the "Rattennest" school library invites students to read and explore. Additionally, various clubs provide opportunities for creative and athletic development. -- Our Values & Focus Areas -- We stand for respect, tolerance, and unity, and we are proud to hold the title "School without Racism – School with Courage." Alongside a solid general education, we emphasize practical learning, digital skills, and sustainability. As a STEM-friendly school and environmental school, we encourage scientific curiosity and eco-friendly thinking. -- Career Orientation & Future Opportunities -- We prepare our students for their careers through hands-on projects, internships, job application training, and partnerships with local businesses, helping them transition smoothly into apprenticeships or further education. -- Individual Support & Guidance -- We support every student on their personal learning journey. School social work, afternoon care, homework assistance, and a mentoring system ensure that everyone receives the help they need. -- International Connections -- As an Erasmus+ school, we offer exchange programs with partner schools in Finland, Slovenia, and Spain – a valuable opportunity to improve language skills and gain intercultural experience. We warmly invite you to become part of our school community!
