About MKB Fonds

MKB Fonds, opgericht in 2011, is een leidende, onafhankelijke participatiemaatschappij met een langdurig trackrecord in het succesvol participeren in Nederlandse MKB-bedrijven. MKB Fonds investeert voornamelijk in gezonde en volwassen MKB-bedrijven in de sectoren groothandel en IT-dienstverlening. Het team van MKB Fonds ondersteunt ondernemers bij het realiseren van gefaseerde bedrijfsopvolging, professionaliseren van de onderneming en groei. MKB Fonds heeft per september 2023 in totaal zes gesloten fondsen opgericht, waarvan er drie succesvol zijn afgewikkeld. Deze fondsen zijn gefinancierd door de uitgiftes van MKB Obligaties en MKB Aandelen aan particuliere beleggers, met een totaal opgehaald vermogen van € 100 miljoen. MKB Fonds heeft per september 2023 90 transacties succesvol afgerond en beheert 17 participaties verspreid over de fondsen. Deze participaties realiseren gezamenlijk in 2022 circa € 425 miljoen omzet en bieden werkgelegenheid aan ruim 800 mensen in binnen- en buitenland.
