About MKF Continuity LLC

If you own a $3-25mn revenue technology or technology enabled business looking to free up your time and or capital, while keen to see that your business – baby and legacy – thrives under world-class but compassionate leadership and your employees and customers are taken care of, we have a solution for you. Who Are We? MKF Continuity is an investment vehicle I (Mo) created with financial backing and mentorship from the family offices of several successful entrepreneurs to help me live my dream and continue my family legacy of acquiring and running a single medium size business. After 14 years working across various small and large companies like Google, Mckinsey, Nerdy and AllState, I miss the ability to build a legacy of improving employees lives and treating customers well which running a business provides. Through MKF Continuity, I hope to find, purchase and run a successful company which believes in doing right by employees and customers. My Promise to You I will honor and build upon your legacy through a focus on preserving your reputation, growing your business and compassionate values: 1. Solely focused: This is not a fund. Post acquisition I will become CEO, bringing all my skills and abilities to focus on ensuring your business thrives 2. Humility: I plan to learn from all the expertise which you and your employees have built over the years. My role as a leader is to learn from customers and enable employees 3. Nurturing: I will be solely focused on growing your company as a stand-alone entity through coaching and growing your employees, not through “synergies” 4. Customer service: I have a history of doing right for the customer by treating them fairly and providing them with the best products and services 5. Flexibility: we are open to different levels of continued involvement, but no matter what we will enable you to invest your time and money in other things valuable to you.
