About MMC (Montijo Mouton Consulting)

MMC is a differentiated leadership advisory firm. We partner with investors, boards, and executives operating in high-stakes environments, providing uncommon human insight that predicts performance. When leadership decisions carry real consequences, traditional diligence and surface-level assessments are not enough. We uncover the deeper behavioral, relational, and contextual forces that impact performance, risk, and enterprise value at critical moments: • Pre-investment diligence • Executive underperformance • Team dysfunction • Positioning for exit • Leadership succession • Governance complexity Our Ph.D credentialed consultants listen to what is said, unsaid, and avoided. Our work focuses on what matters most: • Seeing the unvarnished truth about leaders • Discerning patterns, potential, and pitfalls • Surfacing and mitigating leadership risk • Strengthening judgment in moments of consequence We go where the data lead—delivering candid judgment that predicts performance and endures under scrutiny. Our Promise: Human Insight. Peak Performance.
