About MNDL Bio

MNDL Bio is building the predictive engine for scalable protein production. AI has accelerated protein discovery - but manufacturing remains one of biotech’s biggest bottlenecks. Companies still spend years in costly trial-and-error cycles trying to achieve stable, high-yield protein expression at industrial scale. We replace that uncertainty with software. Our AI-powered engineering engine combines mechanistic biophysical modeling with generative algorithms to design full genetic construct architecture - not just codon optimization. We engineer manufacturability at the DNA level, improving the probability of high, stable expression before expensive scale-up and CMC processes begin. Built on 15+ years of research led by our CSO, Prof. Tamir Tuller, our proprietary models form a defensible scientific core, strengthened by a growing real-world data flywheel. We work with biotech, biopharma, enzyme, and synthetic biology teams to: • Increase protein yield • Reduce development timelines • Lower scale-up risk • Improve production robustness MNDL Bio is a scalable software platform designed for enterprise deployment across global protein development pipelines. Predictable biology starts with engineered DNA.
