MochaX is a digital asset investment platform facilitating access to tokenised opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis. Investors are introduced to specific opportunities and participate through tokenised structures, with digital securities issued and managed via institutional-grade infrastructure providers. MochaX does not operate as an open marketplace. Each investment is curated and distributed through its partner network, enabling a more targeted and structured approach to capital formation. Investor onboarding, custody, and asset management are supported through established platforms such as Tokeny, providing secure access to holdings and performance reporting. MochaX operates with a strong focus on security, transparency, and regulatory alignment, and is designed to evolve alongside emerging European frameworks, including MiCA.
