About MODAEC LTD

MODAEC brings together various expertise, from design to technical know-how, all to provide a holistic approach and unique vision to Manage, Operate and Deliver for the AEC industry. At our core, we deliver projects using a digital design process where all data comes from a single source of truth (SSOT). We have worked for some leading architectural firms and design & build companies globally, on project sizes ranging from 500 to over 20,000 sqm. We work on-site and across all stages of a project delivery, involving designers, consultants, and sub-contractors to create coordinated drawing packages. We aim to enhance architecture and design by incorporating technology and cutting-edge processes. The result? A smooth experience from start to finish. Our team is dedicated to being an extension of your company, helping you deliver coordinated and stress-free BIM projects.
