About Modaso Energy

We are developing world class renewable projects, switching on Africa’s untapped renewable potential to enable the deployment of reliable clean energy and powering the growth of African industry in partnership with local players. Africa is poised to leapfrog the traditional power grid infrastructure paradigm, with huge, untapped renewable energy potential. Almost unlimited solar capacity, and abundant hydro and wind potential put Africa at the fore of green energy production globally, ready to ignite a green energy industrial revolution that fuels economic growth. At Modaso, we are leveraging the convergence of considerably reduced renewable costs and significant advances in battery storage technology to develop a new generation of hybrid renewable projects in the locations where renewable resources are co-located. By integrating variable renewables power generation we deliver a reliable, round-the-clock baseload power that does not compromise grid stability.
