About ModCon

ModCon is a veteran owned and operated company. After having worked in real-estate and contracting industries for over 10 years we identified the poor quality of contractors specific to investors. As investors we often need contractors who are responsive, on time, and do quality work. Due to countless poor interactions trying to contact and working with “contractors” Modcon was created, a contracting company built by investors for investors.
