By 1986, we had pioneered chrome tanning — a vital step that allowed us to expand into safety footwear and upholstery leather on buffalo hides. In 2011, Model Group was restructured, and Model Exims — under the leadership of Mr. Mahmood Alam and Mr. Badre Alam — emerged as a leading-edge leather manufacturing and export company. Today, we proudly supply finished upholstery leather, shoe and belt leather, bag and automotive leather, as well as safety shoes, safety uppers, safety garments, belts, bags and pet products to partners across the globe.
