Celebrating 50 Years of Convention Successes. The Modeling Association of America International, Inc., known as M.A.A.I., is a global not-for-profit membership organization established in 1960. M.A.A.I. is the founder of the concept of the modeling and talent convention. M.AA.I. is governed by an Executive Board of Directors elected by the membership and an Advisory Council to guide the Board and Association activities. The Board, Advisory Council and others of the membership lend their time, expertise and devotion to the support of M.A.A.I. on a volunteer basis.
