About Modern Design + Construction

Modern Design + Construction was founded by the Capozzi family in 1932. We are a family business that takes pride in every project we undertake – large or small. Our company philosophy, that every client should enjoy the process rather than be overwhelmed by it, is ensured through implementation of our unique design/build project delivery system. Today, Ned Capozzi Jr. and his team of designers, project managers and craftsmen continue the tradition to provide comprehensive management of your residential or commercial project and the finest custom millwork.
