About Modern House Estate Agents

Modern House is the only estate agency in Australia dedicated to the sale and preservation of architect-designed houses and apartments of outstanding design, including Modernist, mid-century and contemporary homes to the present day. We exist to promote the value of living in good design, because it enriches lives and inspires better living. Every house we represent is one that inspires us with its design integrity or its state of preservation. Simply put: we connect buyers and sellers of architect-designed properties. We’re a modern, specialist, ideas-based company, and directly challenge the mass market high-street approach. We offer a unique, brand-led marketing solution that has been shaped in consultation with practicing architects, owners and prospective buyers of architect-designed property. Our considered approach optimises the value of each individual property and ensures the right buyer for the residence.
