About Modern Therapy Group

As an Anxiety Therapist and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals who face challenges related to anxiety, relationships, intimacy, and avoidant behaviors. I also address issues such as Adult Childhood Trauma, Codependency, Attachment Disorders, Addiction, Sex and Porn Addiction, and Isolation. Using a trauma-based approach, I help clients navigate the obstacles to finding fulfillment within themselves and their relationships. Additionally, I assist those dealing with ADHD, providing strategies for improved focus, task completion, and impulse control.
