In recent years, millions of sqm of office, industrial and logistics space as well as development sites have successfully been completed. Beside the domestic markets in Austria and Slovakia, Modesta Real Estate also assists in numerous transactions in the CEE markets and supports its international partners with corporate real estate advice. The Managing Partners Andreas Polak-Evans, SIOR, and Sebastian Scheufele, SIOR, have more than 15 years of exclusively, commercial real estate experience. Modesta Real Estate is an expert in finding investment properties, offices, logistics, industrial and commercial real estate in Austria or the CEE region, together with the subsequent location analyses and contract negotiations.
