About ModPublic

At ModPublic, we actively break down the financial barriers to homeownership. We do this through alternative financing and management approaches for our homeowners. We also lower construction costs through digital manufacturing and robotic construction, all to get you a home you can afford. ModPublic works with your community to make sure we build something you will love. Based on the needs of the community, we design, develop, build, and manage homes you’ll love at prices you can afford.
