MODSTEEL manufactures a wide range of modular containerized units, including GSM telecom shelters and accommodation solutions for industrial and residential use. Our GSM shelters are built for durability, advanced insulation, and IP65 compliance, offering long-term protection for telecom infrastructure in challenging environments. Beyond telecom solutions, our modular units are ideal for worker accommodation, emergency housing, student residences, and mining or oil & gas camps. We also provide custom-built containers for office buildings, dormitories, refugee camps, military camps, modular hospitals, and multi-story modular hotels. Our event containers serve as versatile spaces for bars, cafes, coffee shops, and ticket booths. At MODSTEEL, we focus on delivering cost-effective, convenient solutions with optimum engineering design and the highest quality standards.
