mom'z is on a mission to nurture and empower new mothers, guiding them through their journey of motherhood with confidence and connection. We offer transformative retreat experiences designed to promote inner growth, mindfulness, and mental and physical well-being. And in addition to our retreats, we curate communities for mothers on the same walks of life and share educational and inspirational content to support mothers in embracing their unique journeys. Our retreats, held in luxurious boutique hotels or rural venues across Europe, provide new moms(-to-be) with the opportunity to develop skills in movement, breathing, sleeping, and relaxation while connecting with like-minded women.
