Momentum Counselling was founded by two like-minded women who passionately believe in helping clients to create positive momentum through a solution-focused and evidence-based approach. We will collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan according to your values, goals and needs. This plan will utilize your strengths, set specific objectives, and help you to achieve greater peace of mind and lasting change. We utilize a variety of counselling tools based on positive psychology and evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Gottman Method (for couples therapy).
