About Momentum Dance Toronto

Momentum Dance Toronto (MDT) is primarily an adult member-based performance company, proud to be celebrating its 14th season. Our collective brings together trained and passionate professional and non-professional dancers of all backgrounds. Whether a member is here to teach, choreograph, or take the stage, MDT is a welcoming and collaborative space where we encourage artists to rediscover and further explore their passion for dance, in a wide range of disciplines. At MDT, every operating season and every performance is a true reflection of the collective contributions by all its members, fueled by our united dedication to keep dancing, no matter what life throws our way. Today, MDT is a staple of the Toronto/GTA arts scene - celebrated for reconnecting dancers with their passion and producing high-caliber dance works, including 13 full-scale multidisciplinary dance productions, and featured appearances ranging from music videos to the Toronto Fringe Festival, from corporate events to the 2025 World Series. More than a decade later, MDT remains a vital creative home where diverse talents thrive through collaboration and a shared love for the stage. Rediscover what moves you! @momentumDT
