Offering accountability groups, corporate wellness, and 1:1 coaching. Accountability Groups are a great way to focus on building healthy habits with a fun group of people. Choose between the standard group or the group with custom macros (custom spots are limited). All participants are part of a private Facebook group offering daily encouragement, accountability, habit coaching, recipes, and workouts. Custom participants will receive a custom macro plan and four week meal plan in addition to the standard group features. If you are interested in hosting a private accountability group for your employees or would like to arrange for a one time fitness or nutrition class, please reach out to Coach Monica directly at monica@momentum-hl.com. Corporate wellness offerings are customized to meet your group's needs. At the moment, we are not taking additional one-on-one clients.
