About Momentum Management & Consulting, LLC

You didn't go to law school to spend your days managing people, chasing down invoices, and putting out fires. But here you are — spending nearly half your time on things that have nothing to do with practicing law. That's exactly the problem Momentum Management & Consulting was built to solve. We are a fractional law firm management and consulting firm serving solo practitioners and small law firms (2–10 attorneys) who are brilliant at their craft — but drowning in the operational side of running a business. We step in as your embedded operational partner, building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow your firm to run the way it should. Founded by Donisha Moreno, MBA, Momentum brings 15+ years of hands-on operational experience to every engagement. Donisha's path is unique: she always thought she would become an attorney — until her first job inside a law firm, where she fell in love with the operations side of the business. Instead of law school, she pursued her MBA and built a practice dedicated entirely to helping law firms run better. She understands your world — billable hour culture, client confidentiality, compliance, and the pressure of deadlines — because she's lived it from the inside. Our approach is built on three pillars: Efficiency. Strategy. Growth. We don't hand you a report and walk away. We embed in your firm, learn your people and your processes, and build — with you — the infrastructure that actually works. Whether you need a focused project, ongoing fractional support, or interim leadership during a transition — we have a flexible engagement model to match where you are right now.
