Momentum is a Brussels-based advisory firm supporting the United Nations, public institutions, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen strategy, organizational design, and leadership performance in complex environments. We work with teams operating under pressure - in contexts shaped by volatility, transition, and competing priorities - helping them clarify direction, align systems, and translate complexity into coherent action. Our Approach We see organizations as living systems, not static machines. Our work focuses on the underlying drivers of performance - purpose, culture, decision-making, and collaboration - alongside formal structures and processes. We work alongside leadership and teams to co-create strategies, realign structures, strengthen collaboration, and support implementation over time. What We Support Momentum’s work spans strategic advisory and capacity strengthening, including: • Strategic positioning and scenario planning • Organizational reviews, realignments, and process design • Leadership and team development • Systems diagnostics, readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement • Change communication and facilitation, including visual methods Our engagements often support organizations navigating restructuring, transition, crisis response, or strategic repositioning. Who We Work With We partner primarily with UN agencies, NGOs, Resident Coordinator Offices, and government task teams. Between 2024–2025, we supported teams across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Central America, and Asia. Founded by practitioners with extensive experience in the UN system, NGOs, and government, Momentum brings institutional insight, field-level understanding, and a strong human focus. We are politically neutral and guided by principles of dignity, responsibility, and stewardship.
