About Momentus Real Estate Group

Momentus Real Estate Group is a boutique, independent real estate advisory serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. People first. Houses second. We were built on a simple idea: real estate decisions are some of the biggest decisions a family will ever make, and they deserve more than a sales pitch. They deserve care, clarity, and confidence. Founded by Maureen Cappallo, Momentus brings 29 years of combined banking and real estate experience to buyers and sellers at every life stage: first-time buyers, veteran families, empty nesters, comeback buyers, and those ready to make their next move across 8 counties (Collin, Denton, Tarrant, Dallas, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Grayson). What makes us different: We lead with education, not urgency. Every client relationship starts with a free Ready or Not? session, a 45 to 60 minute virtual conversation designed to help you understand where you actually stand before you ever look at a home. No judgment. No pressure. Just answers. Within 24 to 48 hours, you receive your written Momentus Roadmap, a clear picture of your next 30, 60, and 90 days, whether you're ready now or building toward ready. We're also independent, which means we match each client to the right lender for their situation rather than defaulting to one partner. Your story drives the introduction, not the other way around. Who we serve: Buyers and sellers across every season of life. First-time buyers. Move-up buyers and empty nesters making their next move. Comeback buyers stepping back into the market. Veteran families (we've walked alongside 600+ and guided 1,500+ total families to closing). And everyone in between. Our values: Care. Clarity. Confidence. Our promise: Love your home. Love your journey. TREC Brokerage #9014872
