About MOMus - Metropolitan Organisation of Museums of Visual Arts of Thessaloniki

MOMus, the Metropolitan Organisation of Museums of Visual Arts of Thessaloniki is officially launched! The MOMUS is a leading cultural organisation in Greece — a living network of museums dedicated to modern and contemporary creation, photography, and artistic experimentation. It brings together five institutions under one vision: to make art an essential part of everyday life and a catalyst for knowledge, empathy, and transformation. Headquartered in Thessaloniki, with a museum in Athens and a strong footprint internationally, MOMUS is a dynamic hub of artistic creativity and cultural exchange, bringing together artists, audiences, and ideas. Through international collaborations, socially engaged exhibitions, educational and public programmes, MOMUS promotes culture not as a luxury, but as a driving force for innovation, social inclusion, and sustainable development.
