About Mondial Alliance Corporation

Mondial Alliance is the brand name of a growing network of globally operating partner companies, united by a shared vision, methodology, resources, and customer-focused approach. A Strategic Advisory board leads the company with the participation of partners and consultants. Our experience and industry research show that large organizations experience information starvation, which impacts multiple aspects of work done by many roles across an organization. The time spent on seemingly small discovery cycles that happen across the organization keeps piling up and eventually affects the overall organization’s performance including projects, business decisions, timelines, risks, and costs. We discovered that this is not accidental, but a manifestation of a systemic problem deeply rooted in the company cultures that adopted, years ago, faster delivery cycles in exchange for design quality and information maintenance. Undue information mining, which causes decision latency and higher costs, and which repeatedly occurs during strategy lifecycle steps for each strategy, is the name of this growing problem. We also discovered that despite massive negative impacts the companies find themselves not only unable to recognize the problem but also completely unprepared to fix it. We see our role in helping our clients with our holistic method, which not only helps our clients fix that undue information mining problem at source, but also establishes a centralized digital platform for enabling innovation and continuous improvement. That platform digitizes (makes something based on data as opposed to documents) the core business processes of the organization, which is the very essence of digital transformation. With a time-boxed effort, without sacrificing anything, and without massive investment, our clients can quickly get the benefits of improved decision-making, immediate access to information, reduced risks, and lower costs.
