About Mongrels Men Health & Wellbeing

Mongrels Men is a community-based charity on a mission to help prevent, control and reduce the occurrence of mental health illnesses, disorders and suicide impacting Australian men. We run a range of programs including Community Meet-Ups, Dog House resilience workshops and Mental Health Response education workshops. Underpinning our programs are the 5 pillars of conversation, connection, community, education and movement. Our programs given men somewhere to go, something to do, someone to talk to, and support when needed.
