About Monika Hill Legal Services Ltd

We are a family law firm offering services in Estate Administration, Wills and Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and Commissioners for Oaths. The firm began in April 2019 as home based with the aim of visiting clients in their own homes. We felt that this would allow a more personal service especially for clients who were going through the difficult process of probate after the passing of a loved one. This approach has allowed us to build up a loyal following of clients. During 2020 Covid 19 had a huge impact on the way that we were able to visit clients and like many other businesses we have had to adapt to the ‘new normal’ and try to find new ways of meeting our clients needs. We turned to technology in the shape of Zoom and facetime but felt that this was just a short term fix. After much consideration we decided that a High Street presence would be a positive move for our business and in June 2020 moved into our first office. This has given us the ability to receive clients in the office within the social distancing guidelines and also continue to operate the business in other ways to suit each clients requirements. We look forward to connecting with like minded professionals but more importantly being here for our clients when they need us.
