About MONKEY IBIZA

Located in San Antonio, facing one of Ibiza’s most breathtaking sunsets, The Monkey is far more than a restaurant — it’s a sensory and festive experience. Blending refined Mediterranean gastronomy, Parisian elegance, and the vibrant energy of the island, The Monkey redefines the art of dining and celebration. Each evening, the venue comes alive with art performances, DJ sets, and a creative cuisine crafted with passion and flair. In a chic and bohemian setting, flavors meet music, laughter blends with the golden glow of twilight, and every dinner transforms into a celebration. A true symbol of the modern dolce vita, The Monkey embodies the perfect balance between elegance, emotion, and freedom. Working or collaborating with The Monkey means joining an international family driven by strong values: creativity, conviviality, excellence, and freedom. Here, gastronomy becomes performance — and every sunset, a celebration.
