Montane Building Group was founded in June of 2012 by Robert Smith and Paul Slocum. Paul’s expertise in development and property management and Rob’s expertise in estimating and construction management made them ideal business partners. Rob and Paul are proficient in CAD design and coupled with their “Whatever it takes” attitude, they are quick to help their clients, leasing agents, or friends stay in check with their ideas by drawing up preliminary space plans or site layouts and providing in-depth cost estimates for gratis.
