No pressure, no expectations — just bring yourself. That’s more than enough. We specialize in individual therapy and adult ADHD evaluations using a psychodynamic and relational framework. Our practice is rooted in cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed care, and a strong belief in the healing power of human connection. All sessions are conducted virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Dr. Christina Clemons is licensed to work with clients in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. We proudly serve individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities — especially those in the AAPI and LGBTQIA+ communities — and strive to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and supported.
