About Mood Mentors

Mood Mentors is an innovative solution to address the mental health needs of older adults in Australia. We train aged care workers, volunteers, and mental health workers in an accredited evidence-based approach who then work 1:1 with older adults either at home, in retirement communities or residential aged care.
