Moon River is focused on the development of the Davidson Property which hosts a large molybdenum-tungsten deposit and is located near Smithers, British Columbia and its acquisition of the 25% interest in the Endako Mine Complex currently held by Sojitz Moly Resources Inc. (“SMR”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sojitz Corporation expected to close by June 2024.
