About Moray West

Moray Offshore Wind Farm (West) Limited is an offshore wind farm in the outer Moray Firth, Scotland, on track to export 860MW from 2024/25. The project is primarily led by Ocean Winds, a joint venture between EDP Renewables and ENGIE, with a minority stake held by UAB Ignitis renewables. With its key role in the energy transition and Net Zero carbon emissions, Moray West stands to make a vital contribution to Scotland’s renewable energy and climate change targets. The project has positively benefited regional and national supply chains and local communities during the development phase and will continue creating benefits to local economies during its construction and operational period.
