About More Laboratorio di Organizzazione srl

More is a consulting company that integrates different disciplines to bring new ideas and solutions to the market, and it’s the result of different professional experiences. Our team comes from Italian and multinational leading companies and consulting firms. We think it is important to base our approach on diverse methods and experiences, without losing flexibility and innovation: this makes us trustworthy. We design and implement projects in partnership with our customers, offering a space for dialogue and ideas exchange, a think tank to share experiences and produce innovation. We think that innovation must be realized by a network of people and intellectual abilities: we are as open minded to learning as to teaching. We work in these four different areas of intervention: Organization - We define the most effective and competitive solutions for the market challenges, aligning the variables that make an organization competitive: structure, processes, responsibilities, governance. Performance - We redesign the company organization, seeking to identify which competences make it competitive. We build competences systems and we design and realize assessments and development labs according to the dynamics of the organization. People - We support individuals and teams along the change processes, keeping the alignment between organization growth and professional development needs. We design training activities consistent with the business dynamics and the responsibilities of the involved roles. Officina - Is the laboratory conceived to create and implement non-conventional training, out-door events and workshops in which the organization has to communicate itself, its vision, its values and its goals. www.morelabo.com
