About Motel Next Workforce Housing

At Motel Next, we believe employee accommodation is more than a place to sleep. It’s a key factor in well-being, performance, and retention. That’s why we design and operate premium workforce apartments in Győr, built specifically for companies in manufacturing, automotive, HR and staffing. We create a comfortable, safe and modern living environment where employees can feel at home, even when they’re far from home. Our approach combines professionalism with flexibility, digitalized processes, and a deep understanding of what both companies and workers truly need. We continuously innovate, from EV charging and long-term electric car rentals to smart systems and our upcoming B2B long-stay accommodation platform. Our goal is simple: To be the most reliable long-term housing partner for companies and to deliver an experience that reflects care, quality and consistency. Want to learn more? Let’s connect!
