About Motivations AI

Motivations AI is the company behind the Motivation Code (MCode) personality assessment, a groundbreaking narrative-based assessment backed by 60+ years of science and powered by story. Our Motivation Code assessment revolves around your stories of achievement and success. After sharing your stories and answering questions about your experiences, you’ll discover your MCode and learn what drives you — why you think and act the way you do, and why sometimes you go all-in and other times, you struggle to engage. It’s a transformational life and career assessment tool for coaches, leaders, managers, teams, and small businesses — and it’s so effective we’ve adapted our assessment technology for the higher education and faith verticals. TruMotivate provides an assessment experience that helps students better understand themselves and how they’re motivated so they can articulate their value, become strong self-advocates, and cultivate meaning, satisfaction, and fulfillment in their college experience, work, and everyday life. TruCenter connects God-given talents and personal motivations with faith and service. With the TruCenter assessment, churches can match the right people with the right roles so congregation members can contribute in meaningful and fulfilling ways and churches can increase volunteer engagement and improve volunteer retention. TruSpark helps junior high, high school, and homeschool students better understand themselves and embrace their unique motivations. The assessment celebrates a teen’s uniqueness and guides them through the process of uncovering and exploring career opportunities in which they can thrive. Coach Factory, our coaching resource site, empowers and equips coaches with free business resources, coaching tools, and comprehensive training to start, manage, and grow a successful coaching practice. A free Coach Factory VIP membership provides immediate access to existing and all new resources.
