About Mountain Wild Pet

PURE, WILD-SOURCED PET NUTRITION: At Mountain Wild, we specialize in crafting premium, all-natural dog treats from 100% wild roaming elk and deer of the Rockies—no farms, no fences. Our commitment to purity and quality ensures that every treat we produce is free of artificial preservatives, fillers, and grains, aligning with the instinctual dietary needs of dogs, who share over 99% of their DNA with wolves. SUSTAINABLE EXCELLENCE: We partner with wild game butchers to prevent post-butchery trimmings and bones from ending up in landfills, turning potential waste into premium pet nutrition. We saved 35 tons from just one butcher in one year. POSITIVE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: Our process diverts rich, natural resources from landfills, reducing environmental pollution by preventing methane release. Decomposing biological matter is 10 times more harmful to the environment than typical landfill waste. COMMITTED TO CONSERVATION: In addition to the full utilization of wildlife resources, we also donate a portion of our annual proceeds to support wildlife conservation and anti-poaching initiatives. OUR MISSION: With every drool-worthy bite, Mountain Wild promises premium, all-natural, wild-sourced nutrition with a commitment to responsible stewardship and conservation of precious wildlife resources.
