About Mountaintop Consulting

At Mountaintop Consulting, we believe that a fulfilling professional life is there, standing before you, waiting for the ascent. But just as scaling mountains requires the highly specialized gear of crampons and carabiners, prussic slings and practice, extraordinary careers demand sophisticated tools and coaching. Precious Williams Owodunni and her team of savvy problem-solvers have climbed a lot of (metaphorical) mountains. Together they have helped high achieving professionals in the nation’s most recognized law firms and financial institutions scale the greatest heights of career success and personal fulfillment. Specialized tools, proprietary methods, and deeply experienced coaching are all designed to help more seasoned leaders summit higher peaks of productivity and profitability. There’s a lot more to leadership than just bottom-line success. It’s also about personal fulfillment during the ascent. Pausing to glory in the miraculous view. Being a successful lawyer or a titan in business requires guided introspection to cultivate a deeper understanding of “why what I’m doing is important not just to the firm but to me.” Our proven packages of Ascents can be customized to your exact needs. We offer: ► Training Ascents for Groups ► Consulting Ascents for Teams and Leaders ► Coaching Ascents for Individuals We encourage you to contact our team to discuss your goals and select the appropriate engagement.
